Reservations

Our guest’s time, as well as ours, is valuable. For this reason, we require a card on file for all guests reserving appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you “no show” your appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time.

 •If you need to reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice.

•In the event that you need to reschedule/cancel  or alter your appointment in any way for a non-emergency related reason after the 24 hour mark has passed, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

•“No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that life happens, but sufficient time is required in order to fill our service provider’s schedules. As an appointment-based company, this policy has been put in place out of respect for our service provider’s time and their ability to serve our guests.

We appreciate your understanding and support of this policy, and thank you for helping us to uphold a superb experience for both our guests and our team at J. Stephens Salon and Spa. 



Returns

We want you to have the perfect products to maintain your look at home. We welcome returns on products for exchange or salon credit only, for up to 30 days after the purchase date.



Gift Cards

J. Stephens Salon & Spa gift cards are perfect for anyone on any occasion. Our gift cards may be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any take home products.  

•Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. 

•Gift cards are not transferable

•Gift cards may not be returned

•Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards

•Gift cards may not be used to purchase a discounted service series, including facial and massage series. 

•Gift cards may not be used for gratuity.
